The delectable juice from pure and fresh sugarcanes is extracted in the first step. The natural cane stalk fibers are filtered out immediately.
02Clarification
To produce a good natural jaggery powder, all impurities are removed from the pure sugarcane juice using natural herbal clarifiers without synthetic chemicals.
03Concentration
Next, the filtered juice is gently boiled in traditional large shallow iron vessels at regulated temperatures to condense into a rich golden syrup.
04Final Stage
After the juice is condensed into a semi-solid viscous form, it is naturally cooled, pulverized into fine granules, and hygienically packed to retain aroma and nutrients.
